Returns and Refunds
- To return an item from Mau et toi, you must do so within 14 days of receiving the item.
- We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged or have a mark of wear. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be also in its original packaging.
- A full refund (except shipping costs associated with the return) will be credited back to your account once the item is received and inspected.
- Mau et toi only refunds items purchased directly from this website Mau et toidesign.com.
Exchange
- We offer exchanges for different colours of the same item if it has the same price.
- The client is responsible for all shipping cost related to the exchange.
